Bluntswood Hall is owned and run by James and Sally Smyth, it's set in some 50 acres of rolling Hertfordshire countryside at Throcking near Buntingford. Seating for wedding receptions up to 200 guests in the Oak Hall, the converted 17th Century barn.
The extensive range of fresh local produce is cooked to perfection in-house with sumptuous home made desserts, I was fortunate to dine there recently and found the cuisine and level of service to be excellent.
